A pastor who is alleged to have se xually abused several childless women in Lira District of Uganda in the name of making them “fertile” was on Tuesday arrested following complaints from church members and the public.
The suspect, who claims to solve all the personal problems in this world, is also accused of extorting money from the public under the disguise of giving them “blessings”.

Mr Francis Liiga Francis, the officer in charge of Lira Main market police post, confirmed the pastor attached to Pentecostal Ministries in Lira was arrested following complaints from the market vendors that he has been extorting.
