Just in……. Igboukwu vigilante men.. Held this guy as he trying to made away with this bike which he stole somewhere in Ezihu, Igboukwu, he confessed of being a native of Ekwulobia and have killed a lady at Ekwulobia after making love with her, as he insert gun into her private part and killed her.
